Bigfoot Cycle Club is based in Bromley on the outskirts of S.E London. It is a thriving club with over 450 members.
The view of the clubs committee and user base was that the website was starting to show it’s age having been originally developed over 10 years ago.
The website had a very active members forum and lots of regular news items being post each week on the main page.
As part of the new design, I commissioned an updated version of the club Logo and Roundel and made even greater use of the superb club photographs kindly provided by Martin Godwin. I also re-structured a lot of the content to make it easier to read and navigate.
Social Media integration was introduced with new Facebook & Instagram with automated posting of website news onto Facebook and Twitter.
The new website went live in March 2014 to great critical acclaim. It is constantly being updated with new content which is now easier to do than ever.
The next phase of development that has started in April 2015 is to create an online shop so that club members can purchase club kit, accessories and event tickets.
